Born in Milan, Jérémy Nastasi studied at the "G.Verdi" Conservatory in the class of M.V.Jedlowski with additional guidance from Emanuele Segre. Developing an interest in early music, in 2017 he entered the lute class of Francesca Torelli, participating in specialization courses held by maestros such as Nicolas Achten, Hopkinson Smith and Paul O’Dette. In 2018 he participated in the production Rappresentatione di Anima et di Corpo directed by Alessandro Quarta. In the same year, he was admitted to the CNSMD, where he studied with Rolf Lislevand. In 2019, he performed in Marseille with Mars En Baroque, in Urbino with the ensemble FIMA under direction of Alessandro Quarta, in Florence with I Musici del Gran Principe for the Da Vinci Baroque Festival, and in Malta with the Canova Chamber Orchestra at the Valletta Baroque Festival. Highlights of 2021 include EEEmerging+ academy in Ambronay, Ballarte Festival in Spain and “IYAP” in Antwerp with Raquel Andueza and Peter Van Heyghen. Jérémy recently began studies at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis under the guidance of Prof.Hopkinson Smith.
He is a member of VERITÀ ensemble since 2021.
